Okay, so this liquid diet is pretty standard. I really need some ways to shake it up, I have been looking all over online and it all seems to be the same. I would love to buy some cookbooks, but they all seem to be online. So whats my next step? Try the 15 recipes that I have found. Think you can help? Feel free to offer ideas!
So far my diet includes the following:
Breakfast
Juice
Water
Hot cereal or Cold(must be very soft)
Lunch
Tea
Water
V8
Soup
Jello
Dinner
Fruit
Water
Tea
Soup
Protein Shake
Snacks
Smoothie
Milkshake
Jello
Fruit
Protein Shake
SnoCone
So with all this said..who has any ideas? I will be putting up my ideas as I make them so everyone can try them if they want. I think tomorrow I will be trying Malt o Meal again, juice and water, then maybe a mexican soup of some sort, v8 and tea and for snack a yummy peanut butter smoothie and dinner well maybe i will try some mac and cheese or spaghetti very over cooked.
Any ideas of your own? Got a soup mix I can try? Or anything else like jam to put in my shakes? Contact me and let me know what I should do.
