This week was crazy! Cole had an emergecncy root canal and then the next day he found out he has pneumonia. The poor guy can't stop coughing and has no energy. I wish I could help him feel better faster.
I started a new workout and fitness and diet plan. I will say I have dropped 6 pounds and I am feeling great. My goal is another 25ish pounds and I will be happy. I am using an app on my droid to keep track of my calories and exercise that I do. It helps so much! It tells me how well I am doing and let's me see how bad some things really are for me. I am so excited. I also got a new book, that gives tips on how to lighten up food everyone loves so they don't notice. I am excited for my life change and can't wait to be a healthier me!
How do you all keep healthy? Do you use apps? What meals do you cook? How do you treat your self to candy and cakes? I need tips on how to keep on the good track, but still have sweets. I know moderation, but I want a banana split! I have wanted one for over a week and I want it now!
Well, time to go and take of cole and make sure he is feeling better. Keep healthy everyone!
